The company's head office is located in Oktyabrsk, Samara Region. The building holds the main production shop of plastic parts made by injection molding, where also main assembly operations and other production technologies are carried out.

This is the first production site of the AUTOCOMPONENT ENGINEERING-2 company, which was opened in 2011. The main building has more than 3,000 sq. m of production space, more than 1,700 sq. m of warehouse space, and about 2,000 sq. m of offices.

The site's equipment list includes 29 injection molding machines with a clamping force of 50 to 1,080 tons. Also it has four 350/120 ton machines for bicomponent injection, as well as a 320 ton injection machine equipped with gas (nitrogen). In addition, the site has the following technologies:
1 tampography machine
2 hot stamping machines
13 robots
6 assembly lines, which will increase to 8 in 2025

The office premises of the Oktyabrsk branch have their own measuring laboratory with a manipulator arm and a 3D measurement system, as well as a design and engineering department.
